Question 1: Disruptive innovation
Disruptive innovation theory attempts to explain how expensive and complicated products and services are eventually divided into affordable and simpler tenets. The performance of a product can be made to improve over time through disruptive innovation. Over a period of time in different organization, disruptive innovation has been in application. Research documents that it was introduced into the system in 1995 as a thought of powerful innovation driven growth. In the healthcare systems, disruptive innovation has brought about convenience and affordability to customers of the varied industries. In most cases, the health care might still be expensive in the essence that it lacks a business model innovation (Christensen et al, 2017). Disruptive technologies are supposed to be blended together with innovative business models to achieve the maximum out of the same.
