Interviewer: what are stressors?
Interviewee: Stressors are the external events or conditions that affect the normal functioning of a person or an organism. Stressors affect different people with different specific characteristics. Precisely, they are the stimulating factors for stress. There exist two categories of the stressors including physiological or physical, and psychological stressors. Typically, physiological stressors cause pain to the body whereas psychological stressors refer to any event, individual, and comments that a person interprets as negative or threatening to them.
