Introduction
Healthcare systems are resources that provide health services to people to meet their health needs. Beside every country has a health care system to deliver such services. In this case, Russia and England are among the country that this paper will focus in. It will discuss the government structure, the general structure of their health care system, the significant limitations, strength and outstanding features in the two countries implemented in our health care system.
England and Russia government structure
The government of England is part of the Northern Ireland and Kingdom of Great Britain. It is a constitutional monarch with the state head of United Kingdom being the prime minister. Therefore, the current leader of England is Queen Elizabeth II who ascended the throne after the death of her father King George VI. England has a code of ethic in which ethical principles are meant to provide guidance in making tough decisions (Craggs,et al p82-84).
