PERFORMANCE EVALUATION PROCESSES

On[AB1]  evaluating the performance of a school organization, the key performance measures are competence and determining positive and negative changes in the overall performance of the school. The performance is first compared to the target that had been set there[AB2]  before. On[AB3]  the positive changes, one is supposed to observe on the improvements made from the previous results, meeting the target and any definite improvement from the last score. The adverse changes include a drop in mean scores, drop outs and low ranking from other competitors[AB4] . Determining these changes can be evaluated by comparing the previous records and the current performance[AB5] .

On[AB6]  collecting data that can be used to assess the overall performance of the school organization, it starts with the getting the previous performance records in the few past years. These records are collected from the various department of the school. Each department provides data accordingly without choosing a few examples. After having these records on the table, they are then compared with the current performance. This process of evaluation is useful in determining the trend of the performance in which one can easily get the year or the time when the performance started to deteriorate. The direct comparison of the current result and the previous results is important in finding the improvement that was made towards achieving the set targets.  A failure to get the set target does not mean that there was no improvement.
