People attempt to acquire political, social and economic relevance when approaching all aspects of the world. Besides, certain old remarks, for example, sex discrimination, sexual assault and prejudice are no longer worthy in work environments and day-to-day lives. Nevertheless, questions arise as to why cases of oppressing particular gender still exist. Gender discrimination remains a major challenge in our society today. Despite the reduction in public expression of this human problem and the less attention it receives compared to the experience, it still exists and demands a long-term solution. Prejudice exists when solving this problem because most people think it only exists in third world countries without democratic governments. Although the extent of gender discrimination differs from one country to another, patriarchy, a system in which men dominate, is present in all countries of the world. According to research carried out in US, China, Canada, Finland, Australia and Germany, the most developed countries of the world also do not offer women a power of more than ¾ that of men. These patriarchal organizations of communities deprive women opportunities to participate in development and governance of their nations.
